The Sims Spark'd - Coming July 17th!

Interesting. I'm more excited at one that I can participate, but, who will be the judges? What are the criteria for each theme? If it's depending on, downloaded or linked, it's not going to do any good for small following Simmers on the gallery. Are we also competing for the $100k too? What about the Simmers at a different time zone since the challenges are time sensitive (as what I've watched on the trailer)?
