The special site for the Royal Expansion pack?

Where is it? Does anyone have a link? And why is this information so difficult to find? I am talking about the page with the candle where  you can get new information or whatever it is. Why have I not been able to find a link to it anywhere. I remember someone in a video talking about it but I can't find the video. 

Please help, I am getting frustrated!
