If they add ambience sound to a rabbitholes(receptionist, or baby crying for hospital, sounds of teacher teaching the class when sims going to school etc) then I dont mind, it's just dead silence and it annoys me, to add insult to an injury your sim is vanishing into a thin air when going to a rabbithole.
