Look, I'm not trying to offend you or anything, so forgive me if I do. But again, I only said you can sue them, not that you can actually win. I don't think most people are able to win lawsuits against most big companies anyway, even if you were right, they tend to have the funds necessary to effectively bury your claim anyway.
Also, I don't know what you sued them for, but given the current state of the game, I'm gonna go ahead and guess that it's not about you not being able to run TS4 on a low-spec device. And I never pretended to talk about all possible kinds of lawsuits one may or may not have against EA. All I said was that, yes, you can sue them.
