I don't know if this has been mentioned but it's just an idea.
Maybe they made all the SPs that contain Halloween, spring and winter things as they are working on the real "seasons".
This would make sense as a lot of people were asking for seasons and different celebrations, this would mean that they made all the other SPs to stop people complaining while they take their time and make the EP.
Well I hope so anyway!
