I really couldn't care less about cross over platforms, and investors. EA is a Billionx10 company, I hope they spare a big enough budget to build a game I want to buy and play. And I hope they don't mix genres this next time and get over that soon. Absolutely no cross over genre and or linear play ever again in The Sims. And absolutely no MMO backdoor features. And I hope they get over the influence of trying to create a game that would have social media spill over into it, like the way they built TS4. Such as all Sims have phones, and or need a pc or whatever, get over it/that Maxis, and build a game that is timeless. :) A timeless game allows players to play their own ideas and stories and not theirs. Period.
ETA: Need a fridge, then offer a modern fridge, and an ice box, and a creek, and a water house, timeless.
