There's no option to 'Transfer Patient case" on the doctor?

If I'm at R.N. level of the career, is it possible to transfer patient case to doctor? My sim is an R.N. and there's way too many patients to take care of, someone suggested transferring the patient t...

Hi Rose, Sorry, my post was lacking.I already tried clicking on the doctor, there's no option to do so.I could do it in the lower levels of the career, but not in the higher levels.I have way too many patients and they're leaving.
