They won’t stop grieving!!!

My sims old nanny passed away. Him and his parents grieve EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. They barely knew him and it happened a long time ago😭 I’ve had them attend grief counseling, called sadness hotlines, but they just will not stop. Any tips???

  • sailorlavender23  When you say they grieve every day - do you mean that the sad moodlet is not going away, or do you mean the mourn action at the grave/urn - did the nanny die on the lot?

The nanny did NOT die on the lot. They just sad, angry, happy mood lets that are like “angry: its not fair, (from grieving)” or “happy: remembering the good times, (from grieving)” or the regular sad mourning one. They get a new one pretty much every day.

sailorlavender23  That sounds like the new grief types/mourning system that came with Life & Death. I'm afraid I don't have a lot of experience with it yet, but from what I've seen, working out or doing creative activities should also help, along with the grief counseling you said you'd already tried.

I gotta tell you, these traits are extremely ANNOYING! No matter what I do, they keep on grieving (I took my mods out to see if that was causing an issue, and it wasn't that).
