When people put trees, especially large ones, on top of penthouses.. I can't help but roll my eyes. Like.. why? How? Where would the roots be growing? Through your neighbor's ceiling?
This bothers me enough that I don't even download the lot, because it has me questioning the builder's integrity too much already :D
