another one I thought of is when builders tag their builds inappropriately just so that more people find them.
like the other day i was searching for lots for granite falls, so I type in #granitefalls and of course, a Penthouse shows up at the top of the list! Description completely full with tags, including Granite Falls... Well, when I confronted the builder about that they just disallowed comments lol
