The vampire system is superb. With a few small mods it becomes even better, at least for me. One of my most played saves is a household with six of them and I do like the sheer amount of trouble they can cause. It's not perfect (they've never once needed to sleep during months of playtime) but it's still quite entertaining.
The Gallery is wonderful, it's great to see that community aspect integrated directly into the game, on top of it being an optional feature so it's there when you need it and put away when you don't. It's easy to get lost in there sometimes.
Also, as someone who works in childcare, the toddlers are pure joy.
