Most of the above and I must be one of those who do like the small neighbourhoods of 4 or 5 lots as I can make them look like my UK neighbourhoods with my builds, especially that cul-de-sac in Willow Creek.
I also like that, moving one family into an affordable property in any neighbourhood with expensive houses, I can get them to move in my own Sims into the surrounding ones without them paying a cent/penny for them! Better than the motherlode cheat! :D
