Things noticed in StrangeVille (sort of a rant)

Here is a list of things I've noticed whilst watching play-throughs of the new game pack: Kitchen on the "Old Penelope" lot is unusable, due to the placement of a decorative fruit bowl. So...

I don't mind spare furnishing in a home.. That leaves me room to fill it up and makes it closer to my buying allowance. To me that one is a plus. Most of the others wouldn't bug me... except for an unusable kitchen.
