Im with you on the rain effects, if you are trying to walk out side, your sims puts up an umbrella, takes two steps, pauses, then buts it up and repeats this. Also you can really only see the rain its self if you are very zoomed out when you are close to your sim, zoomed in, you can't really see it. Has any one else noticed this.
