Things You’ve Discovered In Seasons

I’ve had lighting strike my lot twice both times leaving a rare Metal and rare element

The length of the transition period between seasons depends on how long your seasons are;

One of the game changers (who I think was playing 7 day seasons at EA play) mentioned that it takes a day or so for seasons to fully transition and trees to gain new leaves in spring.

- If you have seasons set longer that transition lasts longer too! my seasons are set to 28 days, and 6 days into spring the trees have gained about 1/2 their new leaves. :)

On New Years Eve your sim can make a New Year's resolution. You then have 7 days to complete it.

The tense moodlet from thunder and lightning is one of features that can get old pretty quickly. :) I have the UI Extensions cheat that allows you to click on a moodlet to get rid of it. And yes, I know that not everyone likes to use cheats. :)

Yes it does snow in GF. Weather does not impact SG. Im believe you can do any of the seasonal activities in GF but i dont know for sure as i dont have seasons yet.

It is snowing in Oasis Springs, today's forecast says "? Mysterious weather".

I knew sims could slip in winter on snow and ice, but my sim just slipped in the mud puddle after it rained heavily. She got a tense moodlet from being dirty from the mud puddle.

I didn't know about the money tree :o - I loved this in Sims 3!
Does that mean we can grow it and get money? :*
(My Sims is currently vacationing in the jungle enjoying the rain, so I can't try it yet.)
