Oh, some bottom of the iceberg knowledge!
Remember the City Living feature where friends could invite you to go to see performances, such as circuses, operas, musicals etc. Oh these used to be buggy, telling you that the event is occurring, but once the time came, they didn't call you back to get your sim to go there...
Anyway, one message that can come after one performance is this:
So yeah, the infamous 1313 21 Chic Street did have a murder happen in it (and thus the chalk outline there), and a musical was made out of it.
As a Needs TLC apartment, there are some things that cannot be removed (the drainer in the bathroom for example). Yeah, no removing that chalk outline either.
With the Frequent Traveler lifestyle, when your sim is visiting another world and meets a local there, they can ask the local about their home region. There's a special notification that pops up, with Snowy Escape and all previous worlds (except Magnolia Promenade) having a special text telling about the features of the world. Onlyabidoang showcases these all in this video.
However, there are two he didn't show: one he explained and the other he missed.
These are Batuu and Realm of Magic.
Yup, despite the interaction not showing up there, Batuu does have a special text for this interaction. It is the following:
But also, it turns out that despite technically being part of Glimmerbrook, Realm of Magic has a special notification separate from Glimmerbrook. This can be seen in-game when asking it there. It says the following (under spoilers to give you a chance to go in-game to find out):
Seek out any of the three Sages within the Magic Headquarters to begin a magical journey. It is the balance of the three houses which keeps our realm together, otherwise we'd be torn apart by the vortex. On the outskirts of the main platform are various portals that you can explore. One portal leads to Casters Alley, which is a magical marketplace. Another to the dueling grounds, while the third leads to our gardens. That is all I will say.
It's fun to see that the lore of Realm of Magic is showcased there, as otherwise the only other part for it as I know is from the Realm of Magic developer livestream.

Did you know that there are replacement clubs in The Sims 4 Get Together? These appear once the total club count in a save falls below 10, making the game take a random club template and populate it with random sims. The replacement clubs include Get Together, Base Game, Outdoor Retreat, and Get to Work activities.
Or does it...
Did you also know that the only post-Get Together pack to add new replacement clubs is Island Living? This here is Dive Club, the newest replacement club! It even has its own special icon! Though it will show as missing icon in the name tag. Still, would you join a Dive Club? The only activity is diving!

Random fact explained: Ocean Safety level
This feature is for swimmable waters in the neighborhood, be it oceans, rivers, lakes etc. Essentially, it determines two things: can sharks be encountered and can your sim be pulled underwater.
There are three safety levels:
- Safe - No shark encounters
- Mild - Shark encounters, but no (or very rare) chance of being pulled underwater
- Dangerous - Shark encounters with a chance of being pulled underwater
The setting apples to the neighborhood. Here are some examples:
- Safe
- Ohan'ali Town (Sulani)
- Gibbs Hill (Britechester)
- Every other ocean not mentioned in further lists
- Mild
- Lani St. Taz (Sulani)
- University of Britechester (Britechester)
- Gilbert Gardens (San Sequoia) (debated for now)
- Dangerous
- Mua Pel'am (Sulani)
- Foxbury Institute (Britechester)
- Koh Sahpa (Tomarang)
When your sim is swimming in a mild or dangerous ocean, they have a chance of encountering a shark, giving them a Scared moodlet (or Happy one if they have Child of the ocean trait).
In dangerous oceans, sims have a chance of being pulled underwater. One of these two things must have happened before that:
- They've encountered a shark.
- They've got Island Curse after banishing an Island Spirit.
After being pulled underwater, they may either survive and be scared (and have a higher chance of being pulled underwater again) or they may drown.
While mermaids can call the ocean threat to pull sims underwater (even in pools), it'll never kill sims in that case.
So yeah, next time your sim encounters a shark, be mindful of the neighborhood they're in. If it's one listed under Dangerous, get out of the water.
