Multitasking went through the roof and into space with this game. It is crazy what sims can do at once, now.

It's absolutely one of the best things in TS4 (Not counting in the musical chairs that is)
Your comment actually made me realise how I'd probably be frustrated to bits when I didn't have multitasking anymore.
Kind of sad though, how I take it for granted :/

What is rather funny, and I don't know why I didn't mention it before, is just before I saw your post, my sim had sat down to eat and turned on the TV herself, straight to the cooking channel. She was eating, watching TV, and boosting her cooking skill all at once. She is a Foodie, which I am sure helped her decision process, but still...that stuff is cray.
It would be interesting to see just how many things you could get a sim to accomplish at the same time.

Yup, my sim is a foodie as well and she always has the cooking channel on.It's even weird seeing her watch some other channel.
My favorite thing overall about the multitasking is that sims can eat and drink at the same time.If you really think about it, it's SO realistic and improves gameplay so easily.Sometimes the "multitasking bar" gets pretty tall, especially when dancing :)
