I don't know if this is just my graphics settings or just a bug, nevertheless, it's my favorite gnome!
I think that's just the way the gnome's designed. I know that it's eyes will glow at night too, regardless of location (I think, mine's currently outside).
Wow, that I didn't know! I'll put it outside and see if it glows at night.
