I assure you it does indeed work. Click on the two horizontal lines and drag straight up.
@moniqueh This is incredibly nifty, and yes it does work. Just click on the two lines in the center of the box. I'm only at the update needed for the Luxury Party Pack, so you don't have to be completely updated to use this.
