The blood drinking rep is kinda buggy, or at least the texts are. My vampire that actually bothers to ask permission got a text yelling at him that he was biting people without it, which was sort of upsetting for him. He cares about his meals!
My vampire that DOESN'T bother to ask permission also got that text a few times, of course, but that was fine. And it seems like the more witnesses there were, the more of a hit he took.
