It happens whenever you have quirks or not... it's not cause of trait or celebrity level... I can confirm since my 5 star celebrity and my 1 star celebrity got this issue. The 5 star has quirks but the 1 star celebrity dosn't. And since both of them are doing the "React in disgust" anywhere and anytime. This issue feels like an annoying bug which isn't supposed to be there. And the fact that it's themselves they react to dosn't make sense... (or at least I think it's to themselves considered it does show your avatar in the "react in disgust" autonymous action.
