Sul sul, everyone. I own all the expansion packs for TS4 except Get Famous and Eco Lifestyle. After playing the free trial of EL a couple weeks ago, I decided to hold off on buying it for a while....

The day it was announced Get Famous was the next EP, I nearly wept. The ONLY thing I am finding 'wrong' with this EP is the lack of a singing career. I prefer the Celebrity System in GF to the one in Showtime. So much better and it makes sense. I have never had a Sim grow in fame, just because he 'knew' somebody famous, for instance, although that can help advance a budding star. I use it constantly. In fact, I use it in tandem to Sacrificial's Road to Fame mod, that allows for a singing career! In RTF you have the option to either keep your Sim from being reacted to, or keep your Sim from reacting to other celebrities, which is what I selected. My latest iteration of my Sim rose to Global Superstar in eleven short Sim days. Just dive in. The town is remarkably tiny, but I use the largest lot that's empty on the top of the hill for my Cantrell family. :) I have added two concert venues, too. There should be a restaurant and/or bar, but hey, it's not the town Showtime gave us. (Personally, I hate L.A.) I use NewCrest for most of the 'action'. Concert venues, lounges, Karaoke, eateries. I may move the medical clinic from there since I'm no longer using the mod that came with it. And place a rather posh Spa.
