Thinking of getting a pack....

I’m currently set on getting Get Famous, and I want to get it with either

-Jungle Adventures

or one of the following SP’s:

-Vintage glamour
-Bowling Stuff
-Toddler Stuff
-Romantic Garden Stuff
-Fitness Stuff

Which of these packs do you think are worth it?

  • Jungle adventures is cool with lots to explore so thats my pick. If your doing a stuff pack it depends. Vintage Glamour is best for build mode items but Toddler stuff has more for game play purposes.
  • Based on what I personally use the most, I'd recommend either Toddler Stuff or Fitness Stuff. Not saying the other packs aren't worth it (to me every SP was worth $10 except for Luxury Party and MFP) but I use those two the most.

I'm a legacy player so I use Toddler Stuff constantly. CAS and build/buy, mostly. The toddler gym items are a bit large.

I actually love the build/buy items in Fitness Stuff for public gyms. Plus I always use the CAS for my athletic outfits. I occasionally use the workout videos for my Sims if they need to exercise but I want to keep them on my lot, and I use the headphones for my music-loving Sims whenever they are doing other activities.
  • I have a blast with Jungle Adventures so I definitely recommend that first. It's a great pack for catering to different play styles. If you're deviant or like risks or doing challenges, taking Sims into the dangers of the Jungle and/or getting cursed is a lot of fun. If you just want a new vacation destination, it's great to hang around town in Selvadorada and learn the culture skill and new food and dances. If you like to do tasks and collections, the Archaeology skill is really cool and some of the stuff you can dig up is awesome. Plus, the jungle itself is just gorgeous to explore.

For Stuff packs, my favorite (from your list) is Vintage Glamour. I feel like it's a solid pack with some good gameplay items, plus a butler NPC which I use all the time. I personally love the vintage styles too, and I think the whole pack would really compliment the Get Famous expansion.

In second place for Stuff packs, I would say Romantic Garden, but mainly because I just love the Wishing Well and the random chaos it can cause. But the fountain is nice too and if you love to landscape, it's always good to have more flowers and plants. The stonework items are just gorgeous and are some of my favorites to have in parks and mansion yards.

Jungle Adventures is definitely worth it. Not only awesome game play, but some of the coolest CAS & build/buy objects in the game.

Bowling Stuff would be my choice for SP, because it adds another fun activity for your sims to do.
  • Depends on if you're a family player and your gameplay style.

If you are a family player (including any challenge that involves toddlers), then Toddler Stuff, Fitness Stuff, or Bowling Stuff for activities for families or toddlers.

If you like sending your Sims on vacations, get Jungle Adventures.

If neither one of these fit your gameplay style, then get Vintage Glamour or Romantic Garden.

I forgot to mention that if you use CAS or Build/Buy mode a lot, most of these packs have a lot in CAS and Build/Buy mode. I'm not sure about Jungle Adventures.

Vintage glamour is a really good pairing with Get famous with the lovely furniture and decor, wallpapers, juice globe and butler. I definitely recommend it. Not a WHOLE lot of CAS items, but what's there I do like.

Bowling night is too since it also has mid-century furniture that matches with the set very nicely. I have my sims go out and bowl now and again had made a arcade venue with bowling and other game related things there for sims to play with.

Toddler stuff is nice if you want more things for your toddlers in terms of CAS, play dates in the form of events, and playground related items. I use the plastic slide often on a family residential area when they have a toddle or add it to a park.

Romantic Garden is a bit weak in my opinion. I do like some of the CAS items, but it's mostly some decor, flowers (surprisingly not enough of them) and the wishing well which is a fairly easier alternative in wishing sims back to life if they are a ghost.

Fitness stuff you can love or hate it. Lot of fitness cas items very modern looking much like the redesigned exercise equipment for that sleek look. The furniture is probably my favorite thing in the pack plus the workout channel, which is good for sims that want an easy way to workout at home inside.

Jungle adventure has some pretty nice gameplay IF you're into adventuring in temple and a somewhat vacation world as well. I have like two sims that are archaeologist and a few that like to raid tombs for expensive valuables.
  • Bowling Stuff and Fitness Stuff are my favourites. Not only do they add a lot, but there’s also the added fun!
