- Chicklet45368Rising TravelerPeople just share their save files for others to get worlds they've modified. I have D/L'd many many saves for new townies, houses, and community lots.
- KathykinsSeasoned NewcomerWould be VERY neat to have that as a category in the Gallery, I'd absolutely use it. Not sure what the file size limit is for Gallery, though. Entire saves might be a tad too big. Still, get it done, Maxis!

But you can't save a 'world'. You can take a print screen of it on your computer, but that's it.
If you know how to save a 'world' please share how.- Chicklet45368Rising TravelerIt's just the save file. There's no way to upload that to the gallery but people upload their save files to file sharing sites for others to put that save into their own game, and then they can "Load" that game and any changes you made in the save file you shared it would show up in their game.
Here's some examples:
https://www.thegamer.com/sims-4-custom-save-files-replace-ea-default/ - I would love an easy way to find 'played' Sims in the Gallery as well.
So Many Sims there are made in CAS and then uploaded, but if you then place them in your own neighbourhood they are always 'unemployed' and have 0 skill. It would be more fun to find a Sim that has a job, a life, and skills. Like that one neighbour that shows up and the park and blasts away on the gitar. "Finnley;c-17752524" wrote:

You can try to search by a “skilled” hashtag. I like to upload sims with skills and careers, and I'm not the only one, there are a lot of sims under this tag.- would love that cause ive started remaking my worlds slowly
but also id just really like to be able to save and share apartments cause those are annoying to copy from save to another
especially now that there is all the cool platform stuff and all and you cant really use the room trick with those "Chicklet453681;c-17752217" wrote:

How do you save an entire world? I don't see instructions on how to do it at that link.- LiELFSeasoned Ace

I've also seen the #played hashtag used. I have a few with that one. - RouenSimsSeasoned Traveler

I would like an easy way to differentiate them too, but for the opposite reason. I like getting fresh Sims from the gallery to play from time to time. When they’re already skilled, I have to go through the work of cheating each skill back to zero, because I like my Sims to start out unskilled.
