That is the SLOVAKIAN title. Not the US/Canada/whatever other country applies title.
Other users mentioned their countries having alternate titles for Sims 3's pets (I believe specifically it was also called "cats and dogs") and this is probably a similar thing.
Just wait, like probably a week or so. They're probably gonna announce it along with a trailer for E3. ~Most likely~
