Well, I think the name is not official, as of the fact that they use code names for the packs, so cat and dog might have been a error with the website updating procedure, as what happens with many of the online websites even happened with Origin a while back and November 9 could just be a bookmark date. The leaked city living EP from the game register company, called it living in the City, but the packs title is city living.
