Well, I think the name is not official, as of the fact that they use code names for the packs, so cat and dog might have been a error with the website updating procedure, as what happens with many of the online websites even happened with Origin a while back and November 9 could just be a bookmark date. The leaked city living EP from the game register company, called it living in the City, but the packs title is city living.
Sid that particular store is actually a brick and mortar Video game store that also has an online presence like many brick and mortar stores do now a days. For them to use that in their advertisement generally publishers send out lists of coming games with projected dates well ahead of release dates but as every one knows coming attractions do not always come through for a projected date and in ample time will send out a note to these sellers that sell their games if they are going to be delayed. But for this game title to be on the list - it is fair to say it is most likely the title of the game at least in that country in that language.
That is very much an actual store - in fact it appears to be a chain of those stores - as I searched them out and there are actually pictures of at least 3 of these brick and mortar game stores. It is also not unusual for a video game store to start placing that kind of info in their catalogue well before a release date when that release date falls during the busy holiday season for games that are popular and they want to show their customers the game series has a new ep coming to their business and perhaps draw customers to their store. Now whether or not there was a stipulation on when this info can be released in that county what with all their different trade laws that are different than ours, or not I cannot say. But one thing I am sure of it is an actual store (not simply an online presence) that often engages in advertising coming attractions of games their stores sell in the store as well as online. Rest assure it is a factual thing and not just something someone made up.
