You won't find them by looking in your regular Sims folders. They're hidden in the games code and you have to use a special program to locate them. That's what people have been trying to tell you.

And if you were listening to the other simmers and reading their posts, you would know that you also need special program or software to locate the codes, too.
No one is calling you a liar. They're just pointing out to you why you can't see the code-stuff.
No one insulted you, either. One of the users explaining the stuff to you and providing tips on how to find the codes has the word "Princess" in her username.
No need to take any offense. They're only offering you advice and reasons why you can't see the code.
It has been documented and witnessed that there are codes, period.
