I've gotten to the point where I have just spent all my sims money to build a granny flat so the grandparents can move in to help with this devil child. He will not eat! Every time they try to fee...

In my current game, my toddler who has the inquisitive trait acted the same way in the beginning (i.e wouldn't eat, tantrums, constant nightmares, etc.). Once she increased her skills, the tantrums became an exception and not the norm, less nightmares. She still doesn't like to eat in her highchair though. I just leave food out on the counter and let her grab it when she's hungry. Dinner time is much more peaceful now...
Exactly! Once they learn more, especially with thinking/communication, they can control their emotions a little bit better.
