On my rotational save I play on normal, when I’m in one house, and turn it off when I’m in the others so I don’t have a huge age disparity and miss things.
On my legacy, I swap back and forth with long and normal. When I’m ready to age them up, if I want the rest of the world to speed up to, I’ll set it to normal, otherwise I generally have it on long.
