Oof! I am both. I put frying pans behind, and the smoke detector directly above the stove! Lol In my defense, it’s because it’s actually handy to have the pots and pans near when cooking. And I came from building in TS3 and the smoke detector was at that fixed height that’s just high enough to put over the stove. Guess I put them there out of habit.
I find it really awkward when houses have these giant bathrooms. They remind me of gym locker rooms. Oh and when glass roofs have eaves.
