Thundersnow and Dry Lightning - Rare or Scrapped weather?

When looking up The Sims 4 Seasons cheats in Twistedmexi's page (https://reddit.com/r/sims4Cheats/wiki/seasoncheats), I stumbled across cheats like: weather.start_weather_event weather_snow_thunders...

I guess these can rarely pop up during the mysterious weather?
But then again, there is an cheat that changes the level of the Reaping skill...
