Support for Windows programs on Linux Distros like Ubuntu varies quite a lot as it depends on Windows emulators called Wine and Proton. I would check out the forums and Discord for Lutris https://lutris.net, which is a popular way of running games via Wine and Proton. They will probably have information on running Origin and Sims 4 on Ubuntu.
