Toddler didn't get needs taken care of while my sim was at work. Now toddler is gone RIP

My sims don't seem to take care of themselves when a sim is away from the lot lately. So my toddler was the first casualty of this bug. (I guess it's a bug?). Hopefully I can cheat her back into the f...

this started to be an issue for me as well after the get famous patch. before that everyone took care of themselves and toddlers were taking care of. but now i have to click on each sim to take care of themselves because they dont do it automatic. but it doesnt work with toddlers. so i just have to keep making sure that at least the toddler is being fed. if not i have to send a sim home and switch to the home lot to feed the toddler. i hope it gets fixed soon.
