Can't really compare other games to whatever DLC you get for $10 as they'll all vary and everyone will have their opinion on the value.
Kinda like just buying skins or extra characters. I remember buying DLC for Injustice for 14.99 for skins and extra characters when I wasn't gonna use maybe two characters out of the bunch and that's about it with a few extra missions.
Really just depends if you get that long term use out of what you bought and the value was good for you.
