Not necessarily. All packs have a budget. If the budget focuses on one area, another area of the pack will suffer.
@IceyJ First of all The Sims 4 is a high selling EA game with, EA should provide them with enough resources to make packs that feel full.
Secondly, do you know what you get in other games for whole 10 dollars?
Feels full to me. Yes, I've purchased $10 dlc in other games. Doesn't compare, imo. I don't get nearly as much satisfaction or gameplay time from the other games.

@Karon yeah you have your base game stuff and if you want additional toddler stuff you go grab a pack. That's how it works. For a pack that is supposed to focus on toddlers it has very little stuff for them, most of it is outdoor playtime stuff.
I don't know in what other way I can express that for you to understand. I really don't.
I think the problem is, you're scrutinizing this pack for what it offers now. Yes, toddlers could use more basic things. But when this pack was released, there was no need for more basic things. That's why the outdoor objects were well received and I don't recall many complaints, or anyone asking for more basic stuff.

@SimmerGeorge yes, I do think people would've bought it even if it was called Playtime blah blah blah stuff.
Yep.
