Sept 18 Patch and Exciting Base Game Update

Thank you for the heads up simgirl1010. Will try to make sure the next episode for the Whittaker Saga is up tonight then, before the patch. Actually look forward taking a break to go deep diving a bit into the 50s fashion for a while. 

Today is Tuesday September 17.

Ah, finally. I am interested in what's included in the patch.

But it comes when I'm not at home... Guess I'll be having fun watching people discover stuff then.

Thanks for the heads up. I have turned off automatic updating after it totally destroyed the UI's in my game previously - hopefully it will not sneakily update without my permission and I can see how it affects those who do update. but I am most excited for this:

• [AHQ] In apartments, University dorms, and penthouses: Walls and doors will now cut away properly in wall down/cutaway viewing mode. Adjusted checks for exterior walls and inactive units.

At long last, hooray!

I'm betting we get a pacifier update to the base game tomorrow.

I hope the base game update is truly exciting. I mean, the rumoured pacifier is nice, but not exciting. 😃

If the content was "exciting", Maxis wouldn't need to tell it because the excitement would come by itself.

I'd sill be quite excited if we get a pacifier, I hope. I intended to get a cc pacifier but I never quite got to it. Hoping parents can use it, too, LOL.

Already forgot my backup so I'm kinda glad it was not yesterday 💀 gotta go do that now
