Try working on their thinking skills. Once they get high enough they should stop pitching tantrums, at least. Good luck! I've had a household with up to four toddlers at a time. Not quads, mind you, but so close in age they were toddlers together. It's annoying, but challenging in a good way, at least for me. ;)
