Toddlers!! Argh!!

Well so far so good!! I gave them 2 owl lamps and both have slept and now have full energy bars!! I’ve had Mummy sim bake some cookies that I’ve left out for them and put some more toys downstairs for them and they seem to be much happier.

OMG what have I done??? LOL. So my twin toddlers are now more autonomous, happier, sleeping, eating, skilling up and making relationships just perfectly. So what did I decide to do?? Try for baby. And what happened?? Another set of twins xD

@JC1979 no lol one is angelic and the other is inquisitive. I’m not aging up my newborn twins until my toddler twins are children.

Are there pets in the household? For some reason that sometimes causes sleeping problems with toddlers. Training them to not wake up sims helps. If no pets, try getting their thinking skill up, I think it's at level 4 or 5 that they have less nightmares.

Yeah agreeing with Idmarko, I usually had to lock the door to pets because they always woke them up :/

I give my toddlers independent trait after a simmer recommended it, they can potty train themselves from the first level and only need me when they want food or a shower. Currently dealing with a toddler until GF comes out.

I feel your pain. My twin boys finally aged up to children. The toddler stage killed me! No more kids for you.

usually they get annoying when they are SAD or ANGRY right?

If you have a garden, have the toddlers eat the produce to cover up the negative moods with the happy moodlet you get from eating produce ;)

This reminds me of real life ( As I'm dealing with a very terrible 2 almost 3-year old who is also our middle child haha) but it has also happened to me in the game before... As they say in real like this time will pass and they will grow out of it haha ;)

I usually play with toddlers the same way I do my own children haha it's funny how realistic they made them. I made my two-year-old in the game and his sim acted exactly as he does... It was crazy

Almost as soon as they become toddlers, I switch households. I'm a coward.
