Toddlers Can't Go Up Ski Lift

I took my family to Mt. Kohlrabi (yeah, I know that's wrong), and I wanted to have them go sledding. Since you apparently have to go to the top of the bunny hill (had to look up a guide to find that out) you have to take the ski lift up. However, my toddler won't get on it, and sledding doesn't seem to be an option for any of my other Sims when they're up there. They can only ski or snowboard. What gives? I haven't found a sled object anywhere, and I can't get my toddlers up there to sled with their parents. :'(
