My two year old niece doesn’t care for Halloween eating meals like celebration meals and last year at Christmas she opened her presents with the help of her sister but wasn’t that bothered. She’s two. She spent the day playing with an old doll and ignored most of her new presents. I think the amount of toddler enthusiasm for holidays is about accurate.
this is so strange to me.
I see the complete opposite in my family. not really accurate at all from what I've seen.
My brothers son loves the food, helping place the decorations, opening presents and happily playing with them!
excitement and smiles all day.
I guess it depends on the toddler then.
