A "Family Friendly" lot trait would be perfect. I'm surprised they never added one.

Cafes irl are supposed to be a quiet place to read or get work done while having a drink or food. In a lot of places at least it's very rude to bring a small child.
You must live in a very strange place. :p
A lot of cafes here are kid friendly, they even have food and drinks aimed at toddlers. And some have a play area for kids. Cafes are for the yummy mummy crowd to get together and sip lates, while bragging about their sprogs.
Where I live, toddlers are
allowed in cafes, because managers don't particularly like telling potential paying customers to piss off, but many customers will give some sideways glances and get quite uncomfortable when they see a family with a small child. "Will this kid chuck a tantrum and ruin my meal?" "Will they be well behaved?" "If the child does misbehave, will the parent
do anything about it?" and my favourite, "Why the hell isn't the mum doing anything about that screaming toddler?"
It's not a matter of outright disallowing children, it's more of a courtesy thing, because small children don't always behave themselves in public and many customers are dreading the inevitable screaming fit that comes with having a toddler in a public place.
