Can we get an option to toggle on/off vampires in the game? I would love to try them out but I don't want them in the main game. As a builder I would love to get also all stuff from the pack so " n...

Umm why would you buy a pack revolved around vampires if you don't want vampires in the game?
That's not a valid argument. My boyfriend plays the sims too and he wants vampires so we got the pack. I hate vampires but am now stuck with them in my game. A toggle would have been great. Hoping the MC Command Center adds this option as they did with aliens.
It won't change anything for you if you don't click on the toggle.
And a toggle won't change vampire too, it will just stop the game to create new one, even if you click on the toggle, the vampire you already have in your game will continue to live their lives and break into your sims house to feed.
Honestly, what you are writing make me feel like you didn't understand the toggle stuff :/
When we ask for a toggle, we ask for an option in the gameplay something like "autonomous generated vampire townie on/off", we don't ask the dev to do the same thing that they has done with alien (not at all, i didn't like it, way to hard to get abducted now, even harder to end up pregnant). Like that it's up to the player to decide, and you don't change anything to the game if you don't change the option.
Off course if they do the same kind of toggle that they have done with alien i'm totally against, i want the choice to turn on or off the autonomous vampire generation, not the vampire themselves.
BUT the point is the devs that made this game said they could not do that for this game. They explained it is not Sims 3 or even a Supernatural pack that was made for a variety of Supernaturals - The Sims 4 Vampire pack was totally designed from the ground up about and for Vampires - and many parts of the game intersect with the vampires. In Sims 3 there is not the same connection - as the supernatural was just another sim with extra abilities ADDED to the game - in Sims 4 Vamps the Vampires came first with all else added to work with the Vamps and the programming for them. It is why they said they went with a GP and not an ep as the eps have to work with everything else - but the GP is all about the main subject - and in this case it is the Vampires.
Keep in mind Sims 3 was the only sims game ever to have toggles - because it was possible in that Sims game to turn some things off and on - and even that still had it's limits - if you recall you could not shut off those things completely - you could have less of the ones the game produced but not eliminate them completely anyway - but that will not work in Sims 4 Vamps because the gp is first and foremost about the Vamps - every thing else is secondary but made to work with the Vamps.
The devs have posted this info - it is not like we pulled it out of our hats.
