I haven't noticed anything that shows any indication of an animal sanctuary? But there does look to be a jungle-y neighbourhood area.
The city is waterfront, but I don't think the boats are usable. Although that one that went by in the video could be a rabbit hole boat transport to get across the water to a jungle area?
