For me, the most important aspect of this pack is the ability to build multi-family lots. That will drastically increase the amount of sims living in any world.... double/triple/quadruple. All the worlds can have way more households squeezed in.... giving us more free lots to throw in venues (restaurants, retail, etc) without having to sacrifice residential lots.
As an example: The tiny world of Forgotten Hollow (only 4 buildable lots) can now have a vampire apartment building or row houses... which means more vamp households can live in the world.
Multi-family lots is a huge game changer! :smiley:
