I'm fine with 9 lots. That said, I'm hoping for a few this-feels-like-a-community-lot locations around the world, like the outdoor servings might be combined with a food cart. Or maybe we can walk inside one of the deco builds to buy a drink? Or to buy souvenirs? A la the sales in Tartosa. Then it might feel like a couple extra community lots added to those 9?

It is all educated guessing at this point, to be sure. Buildings on lots usually have "tells" that set them apart from environmental buildings that I'm not seeing. But the original image was kinda small, and the two "larger" ones were cleaned up with AI... so that could have cleaned things up enough that the "tells" are missing. I also see one spot that could be a tenth lot, though it would be a small one (20x15 or even 15x10) and another spot that might be a lot if the AIs messed up.

That said, there are clearly two neighborhoods, and I don't think any neighborhood has had more than 5 or 6 lots. Even Windenberg had more neighborhoods rather than more lots per neighborhood.

Maybe it looks small because there is a 'hidden' lot like the Deep woods in outdoor retreat or Magic Realm and you can go to one big animal sanctuary nature area. I don't think so.. but you never know..?

I don't think the Botanical Gardens is a rabbithole and this is why. I think this pond is at the Botanical Gardens Location. I think the rest of the Gardens just haven't been shown yet.

I'm going to place a large waterpark I downloaded from the gallery in Tomarang. Sims will need a place to cool off other then the large lake at the beaches.

Yeah, if there are more lots, the light green patch just above "4" is the other possible tiny lot, and then there's a bushy area towards the top of that area that might actually be a lot if the AI guessed wrong. I'm just guessing though, and not particularly confident in either

Those 9 are the 9 obvious places for empty lots to go, but no world has ever come with only empty lots, except for Newcrest where that was kind of the point of it.

Finalllllllly a look at the map!! I just hope that one of those are 50x40 because that's what I'm currently building on ???
It looks beautiful. I have no problems with small worlds because more important to me are lot sizes and lot placements. Now with the new multifamily
Lots it won't matter at all in my game.
I know windenburg is considered the holy grail of worlds just because of it's size but I rarely ever used it.
It has some beautiful locations but the size never mattered to me because we get so many worlds to travel to at will. We have tons of lots if we add them all up.

I'm eyeing number 1 for my sims house ?

I'm thinking that the final map will have most of those lots filled, and this map is just a development map or something like that. In one of the Xitter threads, there was a similar picture of Copperdale with the larger aspect ratio and no lots built for comparison.

Or this could be a good quality fake, and the final map will be very different.
