TOOL Mod users, question?
Is there a way to "stick" items that you've moved with the TOOL mod so they don't move around when you try to place the lot somewhere else?

I have MOO on before I place. But this still happens:

I used base game shelves to create the eave decorations and they won't stay put. I used the same shelves to make the shutters in front and they stay where they're supposed to be.
