Well, I can cross up the first part off my list, though no guarantee on Torch yet.
Revised list:
1. Farming/PlantSims
2. Werewolves
3. Exotic pets (with Torch)
4. A musician pack where you can start a band
5. Either Superheroes or Medieval fantasy
