In my short time in playing Sims 4, I've completed my fair share of aspirations, but there are a few aspirations I've never completed yet simply because it was a bit tough to reach. What are the toughest aspirations you think are hardest to complete? Yes, this includes all aspirations included apart from basegame as well.I think in my experience, the toughest aspiration I've found hardest to complete is Party Animal, simply because I can't seem to get Gold on some of the social events because I'm most likely missing something critical to reach it.

I guess it depends on what someone's definition of "tough" would be.I think overall, Successful Lineage is probably going to be the most challenging to do, especially for someone playing with aging on.Party Animal isn't really too hard, but it is tedious to throw all those social events.Friend of the Animals is extremely annoying if you aren't doing it casually.

Back in the days, it was Public Enemy.. there were few ways to kill a sim apart from old age. With the winter massacre that was going on lately, it was a breeze to complete. I dont really bother much in completing aspiration though. The party animal one is easy if you focus on completing the party tasks right away.

Mansion Baron seems particularly difficult for me to complete, what with the 30 columns that are needed. Most of my houses don't look good with all those unnecessary columns.

To be honest most of the time when I'm doing this aspiration I just enable moveobjects and stack all the necessary columns and windows on top of each other, then delete em'.

I just randomly place the columns, and when the aspiration completes , delete them

That was such a pain to complete, and not just because of the columns but because the estate's worth had to be so high. Eventually, I found buying ridiculously expensive decorations did the trick, and once my Sim had completed that aspiration, I got rid of all the columns and other ugly stuff that was no longer needed.

I think it boils down to what you enjoy doing in the game. I really do. The ones you find hard to do @invisiblgirl are two I can get done pretty quickly .. collector and outdoor enthusiast and I still enjoy doing them. You are right though you need nearly a week in Granite Falls and now you have to time it during Summer for the most part because it's the only time you can get all the plants for sure. I get the collection by completing insects or on a scientist.. so it's usually insects. Next time I'm combining it with fishing because supposedly all the fish that came in different packs count now (Hallelujah!). I'm actually planning another trip to GF in my current play through.. glad I read this thread, good reminder because it's the end of Spring in my current save.

Yes, I finally figured this one out. I kept forgetting what drawings they'd done. For the toys, the 'Slide the Plank' (not 'play') on the pirate ship jungle gym always works, and so does moulding something out of clay. I haven't found a third toy that works consistently - my Sim kids have got credit for playing on the monkey bars, playing with toys in the toy box, and playing with the giant stuffed animals, but not always. Also, the game refused to give my kid credit for playing on a jungle gym while 'playful' with the pirate ship - I had to have her play on the spaceship jungle gym.

There are some aspirations I never try, because my Sims don't socialise. The outdoors aspiration is difficult, since you can't get beyond the first level without spending a good week in Granite Falls. The collector can be frustrating, because it seems as though the game spites you - you're getting crystals when you need frogs, or frogs when you need crystals. Usually, unless I'm playing a household dedicated to collecting stuff, I save those aspirations until they've already completed others and have more satisfaction points than they can use.

Some aspirations are long-range, so you have to switch back at the right times to complete them. The successful lineage would take an entire lifetime. Gardening is a bit more difficult with the new evolve schedule. However, I've noticed that you can cheat a bit (and this works for the collector aspiration, too) by moving items in and out of your Sims' inventories. (I generally don't do this on purpose, since I like the challenge of completing aspirations the hard way, but I've had it happen when I've transferred stuff for one reason or another.)

Huh - that's one that I think is one of the easiest, especially if your Sim got all the star toddler and child rewards (they start out at level 3 in a career, so you can literally have them take a job, quit it before they even work a day, and then take another job).

Any of them that I don't enjoy playing in my game basically. The family ones for instance. It's like pulling teeth for me. The lower levels are okay but I usually lose interest in getting far in those. Never completed them. The Renaissance one too... cause so many jobs. It is easier if you have the trait that starts you off in a career higher though. The Party one also... just cause I don't want to give that many parties.

The mean and mischievous ones... I just can’t imagine any sim I create being mean or rude to people. Or using people for a laugh.

I think I just came to the realization that I find sims to be far less petty that people are irl....
