Seeing these outfits… did it happen during “Love Day” (or after that)?
Love day holiday will spawn people with outfit items from formal category, with EVERY ACCESSORIES PART (I mean they have to wear hat, glasses and every slot of accessories that they can wear).
I still don’t know why swimming-cap in your female sim is considered as formal outfit item. 😂
if it’s not love day, please let me know. Because I only have this type of townie fashion in that holiday. (the rest will have other patterns, not heavily on formal outfits)

I really hate it when my own sims end up with annoying outfits like those. I should have posted pics of what some of them turned up to a recent wedding wearing *rolls eyes*
